Description

Our gluten free all purpose baking flour is perfect for making Chappatis, parathas, puris, pasta, samosas, rolls, biscuits, cake rusk and much more!

Ingredients: Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Maize Starch, Lentil Flour, Thickener: Guar Gum (E412)

For allergens, see ingredients in bold.

  • Storage: Store in a dry place away from sunlight in cool conditions and keep pack sealed when not in use.

Usage instructions: Kindly sift the flour before usage and store in a dry place.  All grain products naturally contain microscopic insect eggs. It’s simply not possible, even in the cleanest, most sanitary processing facilities, to eliminate them all. So if you have flour or cereal or another grain product that goes unused for a while, eventually the eggs will hatch into larvae, therefore, it is best that you sift the flour ensuring clean usage. We do our best at ensuring safe and hygienic production but with certain products, safe usage & storage is equally important.

    Got to my house reasonably quickly. They are good at communicating and replying to questions or concerns. I tried to make wraps with the flour but it was floury and chewy and not worth eating.

    The flour was of excellent quality, it is the first time that gluten-free rotis were like normal ones which was a very happy experience for me!

    The All-Purpose Baking Flour is a nearly perfect combination of flours.

    Although the taste is good, if the dough is left for over a few minutes, the rotis begin to tear and crack, especially at the sides. There is also some room of improvement in packaging.

    Making Roti can sometimes be difficult due to texture if dough.

    My daughter is on gluten free diet n since then I am using your all purpose baking flour. First I bought Bob red mil all purpose flour n than Dr saima khalid from labore suggested me your page. And I can say that your product is giving best results in baking. Just a suggestion that kindly reduce the shipment amount as l order from hyderabad and the shipment charges are alot.
