Ingredients: Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Maize Starch, Lentil Flour, Thickener: Guar Gum (E412)
Note: tapioca starch is no longer an ingredient of this flour, it is listed on the product packaging due to an old packaging print still in use, we expect the new packaging to phase-in by October 2026.
